- YOU select a design, carefully input the details for your event and submit your order.
- WE will personalize your design selection with your info and email you a proof to review. Orders received Monday-Friday before 4 PM Central well get a proof the same day with the possible exception being if you are adding a photo or requesting other changes that consume time.
- MOST IMPORTANT STEP as this step will hold the order up from shipping. WE will work back and forth with YOU via email about making changes/corrections to your proof and once we get an approval from you on the proof, we will release your order to be printed.
- WE ship your order on our next ship day Monday-Friday, or email your finished .jpeg image if you have selected an image only design.
Most orders ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday with the hold-up on orders being the customer failing to respond to the proof. We send all proofs within 24 hours unless it is the weekend/holiday and we send a tracking # when the order ships, so contact us if you haven’t received them.
GOOGLE Wallet Checkout customers do not get the same question asking if you wish to view a proof as the customers that check out via our secure website, so we will automatically send you a proof to approve unless you specifically add a note telling us to ship without proofing.
When will I get to see a proof of my order?
Proofs are not displayed immediately on the screen as we personalize each design individually to make sure it lines up aesthetically pleasing however we do offer a proof which would be sent to your email address on file shortly after placing your order if during normal business hours. Contact us if you do not have a proof within 24 hours excluding weekends/holidays.
How quickly will my product arrive?
We try to expedite our orders as quickly as possible, but to unsure fast delivery you have a role in the process. You will need to keep an eye on your email inbox to review your proof if you have elected to see one or checked out through Google Wallet and once we get an approval your order can be printed and shipped. We offer two shipping options and both are through the US Post Office and exclude weekends/holidays. Express Mail which is a guaranteed 1-2 day service once shipped and Priority Mail which has an estimated 2-3 day delivery time once shipped but that is not guaranteed meaning delays can happen.
Can I make a special request or change?
Yes. We will adapt the card to fit your occasion if we can, making them very personalized. You may request additional information on the cards such as a message to your guests, wording, some color changes or even changing the theme of the party such as making a birthday party invitation can be a bridal shower invitation or an Oscar awards party invitation can be a Bat Mitzvah invitation and so forth. You can submit your request in the special request box at the bottom of the personalization portion or in the customer notes section during the checkout phase of the ordering. Please be aware, we cannot just change the color of the actual artwork at whim on all of our designs, so if this is a deal breaker on your order, please verify with us first by email before placing the order online to avoid any potential fees being incurred.
Do we process rush orders?
Yes, we process all of our orders with a sense of urgency in a timely manner. If you stay on top of the order process with us, then the order can ship within 24 hours or less Monday through Friday.
How much is shipping?
There are a few products that we list as free shipping; those products are sent via USPS First Class Mail at no charge to you with the exception of the wedding package deals which are sent via USPS Priority Mail at no charge. All other products are sent via USPS Express Mail from $19.95 and up or via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate fee of $5.90 regardless of the quantity ordered.
What type of paper do I need to get for the print at home image only products?
On the image only products that can be emailed to your guests or printed at home, they are designed to be printed on the 4.25” x 5.50” postcard style cards that come 4 to a sheet. You may purchase them at any local Staples or Office Depot type of store and one manufacturer of them is Avery, but Staples and Office Depot will have their own version of the cards.
What email address do I send my photo to if I am purchasing a design that requires a photo?
You will be given a link during the checkout process to send the photo to or you may click this link to do so.
