Return/Refund Policy
Since our product line is personalized printing and uneditable once produced, it will not be eligible for a refund after the final design has been approved. We will not honor refunds due to shipping delays, or typos if you fail to utilize the eProofing feature within the alloted timeframe. We urge you to type carefully and use great care in proofreading your information.
