Shipping
Print Villa ships anywhere in the US through the US Postal Service (USPS). We do not ship internationally, the only products available for international customers are the Printable designs that are sent electronically. Orders either approved to print or that have reached the final day for approval response will ship on the next ship day which is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
Print Villa ships Priority Mail via the USPS; which is an estimated but not guaranteed 2-3 day service ONCE shipped (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping Costs start at $7.00 and will increase slightly once the quantities ordered increase to the size of needing larger boxes.
The above shipping option is the most cost effective and still reliable method available, but once the product ships and Print Villa has fulfilled our part of the order we are no longer responsible, the carrier is now the company that is being paid to deliver the products in a suitable condition and timely manner therefore the shipping timeframes and service provided is the responsibility of the company being paid such as the US Post Office. We work very hard to get orders through the design, printing and shipping processes and cannot be responsible for any postal service delays, so please allow time for any delays on your end.
There are a few products that we list as free shipping such as bag tags or wine labels and those products are sent via USPS First Class Mail at no charge to you; with the exception being the free shipping on the wedding package deals which are sent via USPS Priority Mail at no charge. There is not a shipping fee on the Printables, which would be any of the image only purchases as they are delivered via email.
Returns Policy
Due to Print Villa products being personalized specifically for you, refunds cannot be offered even if the order is printed with an error on it once the design has been approved for printing and/or the right to proof the order has been waived or ignored. Orders cancelled before printing but after a proof has been prepared will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00 due to the time invested and bank fees associated with the order. We are not responsible for shipping delays and therefore offer no refunds or compensation on orders that arrive later than anticipated. Print Villa recommends that you place your order while allowing time for delays whether the delay is shipping and/or error related. We urge you to type carefully and use great care in proofing your order.
